Keep, Keeping it Real

Thank you Vernon L for talking about “That Christian in Recovery.” I too am a Christian who has recovered from a seemingly hopeless state of mind and body. Jesus Christ is my Lord and my Higher Power and I am glad to hear you speak on spiritual tools that give me victory over my addictions. I’m not cured, but I now know how to achieve spiritual fitness on a moment by moment, minute by minute, hour by hour, one day at a time kind of spirituality. Again, thank you Vernon L. for sharing your recovery insight and wisdom.
